During the day, with your expert wine guide, you will learn more about the work in the vines, discover more about the large variety of Loire Valley wines, the grape varieties like Cabernet franc, Sauvignon and about the wine making process.

In the morning, visit a famous wine estate located in Vouvray wine region. You will tour the impressive cellar and enjoy a wine tasting from the estate.

Later, arrive in a château wine estate near Amboise producing Chenin, Cabernet Franc, Gamay, Chardonnay and Malbec. Meet with the winemaker or his wife for a unique private visit. You will start with a visit of the troglodyte cellar and you will be welcome like friends in their château for a wine tasting. The tasting will be followed by a gourmet picnic lunch and accompanying wines to enjoy in their garden.

In the afternoon, continue with a last visit to an authentic family-own wine estate in Vouvray and enjoy a wine tasting a selection of wines from the estate.

At the end of the day, your guide will take you back to your accommodation.

This morning, check-out of your château hotel and go discover an iconic Loire Valley historic castle.

Drive to Villandry and enjoy a self guided tour of famous Villandry gardens and castle. The last of the great Renaissance castles built on the banks of the Loire, Villandry owes its renown, beyond the shadow of a doubt, to the unrivaled combination of a perfect harmony between architecture and nature.
The garden, the only one of its kind in Europe, is composed of three levels: a first level centered around an extensive lake, a flower garden also planted with box and yew trees, and an ornamental kitchen garden where a wide range of plant varieties produce, in the sunny season, astonishing mosaics of color.

In the afternoon, discover Azay le Rideau. Azay le Rideau is a very pretty castle standing in the calm waters of the Indre river whose water reflects its fine façade. Surrounded by parkland and open woodland, this masterpiece of Renaissance architecture features all the refinement, elegance and grace expected of a Loire château.
