Arrive in Saumur wine region by your own arrangements to begin your wine escape in the Loire Valley.
Enjoy a leisurely morning exploring picturesque villages such as Candes Saint Martin and Montsoreau, both located on the Loire river bank, with pretty little streets, beautiful houses and with the magnificient Montsoreau castle. A great way to immerse yourself in the Loire Valley.

This afternoon, as a good welcome in this beautiful wine region, enjoy a tour and wine tasting at a superb winery close to your accommodation in Saumur wine appellation.
You will get the chance to visit the cellar and enjoy a wine tasting. The modern wine estate and cellar design are beautiful and the terrace offers a unique panoramic view. A nice way to start your wine trip in the Loire!
Later, check-in your hotel.
Arrive in a charming domaine, former farm of the famous Fontevraud abbey. This historic and family own elegant private domaine, warmly welcome you for a relaxing stay with an indoor swimming pool and a spa.
In the evening, enjoy a homemade dinner in the family restaurant with local wine.

Today, enjoy a private guided tour with an English speaking driver-guide. Wine expert and Loire Valley wine lover, your guide will take you around Bourgueil Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil & Chinon wine appellations.
Start with a visit of a beautiful castle with operating vineyard and winery. Located in the heart of the Bourgueil terroir in the Loire Valley, the visit of the estate is a unique experience. Tour the wine estate and enjoy a wine tasting and understand the wine process here in Bourgueil.
For lunch enjoy a gourmet picnic all made by our favorite cook! Chef of a unique country restaurant in a pretty winegrower’s house, he offers a 0 km menu with yummy products grown in his vegetable garden.
In the afternoon, continue with the visit of an authentic family own wine estate in Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil wine region.
The visite will be followed by a wine tasting.
At the end of the day, enjoy a relaxed time in the spa and the swimmingpool of your hotel.

After a gourmet breakfast, check-out of your hotel.
Explore the surrounding countryside and arrive in Chinon wine appellation.
Arrive in a beautiful château wine estate. You will meet with the winemaker and enjoy a tour of the Cabernet Franc and Chenin blanc vines and terroir. You will visit the impressive cellar, where the wines are aged in oak casks and enjoy a wine tasting in an historic tasting room.
Then choose a bottle of wine to enjoy with your picnic lunch. A unique moment over-looking the vines and the beautiful Loire Valley countryside.
In the aternoon, drive a few kilometres away to Chinon medieval town. Wander through the picturesque streets and alleys up to the fortress where you will discover a panoramic view over the Vienne river and the town.
A beautiful last stop here in the Loire Valley to wave good bye.
