Today start your wine experience in Sancerre with the visit of an authentic family–owned winery and learn more about the famous Sauvignon blanc. Enjoy a tour of the cellar followed by a wine tasting.
Best known for its crisp sauvignon blanc, Sancerre has increasingly high-quality pinot noir and rosé too, and there is an exciting new generation of little-known vignerons to discover, many working to make organic wines.
In the afternoon, check-in your 3* hotel in the little town centre. With an amazing view over the vineyard and a dreamy swimming pool overlooking the vines too, the hotel is the perfect place to stay and enjoy a true wine getaway.

In the morning, start with the visit of an authentic family-owned wine estate in the Sancerre vineyard. Your guide will take you in the vineyard for a short stroll and you will learn more about the work in the vines. Then, enjoy a tour of the cellar followed by a wine tasting Sauvignon, Pinot Noir wines typical from Sancerre.
Continue with the visit of an organic wine estate and meet with the winemaker to enjoy a wine tasting from the barrel. Then enjoy more wine tasting, organic and natural wines accompanied by local goat cheese “Crottin de Chavignol”.
For the lunch, enjoy a memorable experience sharing a gouremet meal with the winemaker himself!
In the afternoon, explore Pouilly Fumé wine region and visiting a wine estate and tasting wine. Pouilly Fumé is the region on the other side of the Loire river, just few kilomètres away from Sancerre.
At the end of the day, your guide will drive you back in Sancerre.
