Later, wander through the little seaside village of Cancale, the oyster capital ! You will stop for an oyster tasting accompanied by a glass of wine.

Morning option : Charming boat trip in the Mont Saint Michel bay

Savor tasty seafood dishes with the aromas of Olivier Roellinger’s spices and be tempted by the pleasures of fishing during a charming sailing trip aboard a brig listed as maritime heritage. An epicurean sailor and a master chef (former assistant of 3-starred Olivier Roellinger) joined together in order to offer you this original sensorial experience!

You are invited to take part in the activities on board to contribute to the success of your trip: handling sheets, colling ropes, picking up fish traps, casting the net… the captain introduces you to the joys of sea fishing.

Evening option : Sunset cruise

Private 1h30 evening cruise. Departure from the hotel at the end of the afternoon to enjoy some apetizers and a glass of Champagne. Perfect conditions to marvel at the sun setting over the Emerald Coasts or simply getting started with an aperitif before heading for your dinner at the hotel restaurant.

The tidal island is significant for its construction of medieval structures built as if stacked upon one another and crowned with the star attraction, the Abbey of Mont Saint-Michel.

In the afternoon, visit and shopping time in Honfleur & Deauville

Honfleur is a gem of a town full of art, history, and charming maritime traditions, located in the Lower Normandy region. It is especially famous for its unspoilt charm and lovely port lined with tall narrow houses that date back to the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries. Exploring the city is an opportunity to walk in the footsteps of glorious artists: Eugène Boudin or Claude Monet… Seafarers of half-timbered houses create an indescribable atmosphere it emanates an extraordinary quietude in Honfleur.

Deauville attracts visitors with its glamorous atmosphere and fancy events. Deauville is home to the American Film Festival and Deauville-La Touques Racecourse, being widely famous for its distinguished horse culture.

End the day with a visit of the famous Bayeux tapestry. Measuring twenty inches high and almost 230 feet in length, the Bayeux Tapestry commemorates a struggle for the throne of England between William, the Duke of Normandy, and Harold, the Earl of Wessex.

Enjoy a full day gourmet guided tour.

Start with the visit of a famous cheese factory and discover how Livarot and Pont l’Evêque are made. The visit will be followed by a yummy cheese tasting.

Picnic lunch: local fresh products in a beautiful place or at the farm.

It usally constists in: French baguettes, butter, local cheeses bought in front of you, a salad + dressing, charcuteries, ham , home made teurgoule (local dessert), coffee, chocolate , cider as a drink.

In the afternoon, continue with the guided visit of a Calvados distillery. You will visit the cellars and enjoy a tasting session in the former cider press room. A unique experience !
